Get ready for health, personal development, career, finance, relationship, lifestyle favorites and so much more!
Let’s dive in.
*Note: nothing in this post is sponsored. I just genuinely like these things and they’ve made life level 27 that much better.*
Health & Wellness
If you follow me on Instagram or TikTok, you see me posting my morning routine with my Bloom Greens from @bloomsupps a lot. Can’t go without ‘em!
Kayla Itsines’ Sweat App and I have been through a lot. It’s always got my back through thick and thin. I’m a ride or die.
Whitney Simmons’ latest collection with Gymshark are my absolute favorite workout sets ever. They are so buttery soft its unreal. I bought 3 sets because I have no self control. But, it was absolutely worth every penny.
Mental health is health. Therapy has absolutely changed my life. It’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself. I now see a private therapist, but started my mental health journey on platforms like BetterHelp and Talkspace.
This guy is my favorite therapist on TikTok. His video on how to feel your feelings blew my mind.
Personal Development
These are my all-time favorite podcasts I can’t stop binge listening.
Atomic Habits by James Clear was the Stellar Book Club’s first pick, and I know that this book is going to keep changing my life every time I reread it.
Emma Norris’ book, Progress Over Perfection, is exactly what this recovering perfectionist needed to read. There are so many actionable steps inside that are perfect for those struggling with perfectionism or procrastination.
If you’re subscribed to the Stellar Newsletter, you know that I journal like a loca. These are my go-to’s right now.
Year 27 was the year of the vision board. I went from never having even heard of one to being totally obsessed. Here’s how I make mine.
Career
Surrounding myself with like-minded women has always been the name of my game. Communities like The Monday Girl always give me the inspo & tips I need.
This daily planner has been amazing for helping me organize my day, and keep all of my goals on track. If you follow me on TikTok, this is the planner you keep seeing in my videos.
Upgrading my desk space makes me feel like such a boss. I got this keyboard set with this laptop stand and I feel like I’m building an empire.
Finances
My girl Tori at Her First 100K is THE “it” money girl. If you don’t follow her already, stop everything you’re doing and follow her on Instagram and TikTok. I absolutely love her advice and I can’t wait to keep upping my money game with her.
Ellevest is the thing I never knew I needed that I absolutely must have. I’ve been following them for a while and love that there are platforms like this tailored specifically for women. Hell yeah.
InvestDiva is intense in her mastery of the stock market, but I love her message and what she’s been able to create for herself. This woman is goals.
If you want to be FI/RE one day (financial independence / retire early), Janesse at the Yo Quiero Dinero podcast is where its at (especially for my fellow Latinas). Multiple streams of income is the way gworls. Let’s get it.
Honestly, I am exhausted by newsletters like The Morning Brew. I want female energy and advice specifically for women in my inbox please. If you want that too, The Financial Diet is what you need.
Relationships
I’ve talked about this book before, but there’s a reason I won’t stop bringing it up. The Art of Showing Up: How to Be There for Yourself and Your People by Rachel Wilkerson Miller is just that good. I love the journaling prompts and exercises inside, too.
My favorite girlfriend podcast has now come to an end, but the iconic friendship of hosts & BFFs Aminatou Sow and Ann Friedman lives on. Their book Big Friendship: How We Keep Each Other Close was exactly what I needed to read, especially having lived so much of my adult life far away from my loved ones.
Lifestyle
If you’re a movie buff (or just enjoy movies, like me) then @jstoobs has all of the hot takes you need. Her amazing perspective on film, culture, intersectionality, and society makes every movie-watching experience a form of art. Yes, I have binge-watched all of her TikToks.
I am obsessed I’m telling you, OBSESSED, with this mental health & self love clothing shop. Kelsie Wolfley Designs nails it with every launch and my green “who you are is enough” crewneck is literally the comfiest sweater I own.
I found this small business jewelry designer on TikTok when she first opened her shop at the start of the pandemic. Her absolutely gorgeous pieces are exceptionally high quality and I can’t stop adding things to my wishlist. Her resin spring collection is my favorite.
If you are in need of the realest of real girl talk and big sister advice, you need to check out Tefi from @hellotefi and Drew from @drewafualo. If you vibe with them, then we will absolutely be best friends.
Enjoy!!
